Information about the right of withdrawal

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this agreement within 30 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is 30 days from the date:

  • where you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) has received the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods in one order and these are delivered together;

  • where you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) has received the last item, provided that you have ordered multiple items in one order and these are delivered separately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. This can be done by email to: SUPPORT@fashdup.com .
You can (but do not have to) use the attached cancellation form.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of regret

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us). The refund will be made without undue delay and at the latest within 30 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the original purchase, unless otherwise expressly agreed. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have:

  • received the goods back, or

  • received documentation that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the day on which you informed us of your cancellation. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 30 days have elapsed.

The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by you.

You are only liable for any loss of value of the goods due to handling other than that necessary to determine the nature, properties and function of the goods.

Exceptions and lapse of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to agreements regarding:

  • delivery of goods which are not prefabricated and which are manufactured according to the consumer's individual choices or instructions;

  • delivery of goods that may deteriorate quickly or have a limited shelf life;

  • delivery of alcoholic beverages where the price is agreed upon at the time of conclusion of the contract but which cannot be delivered until 30 days later and whose value depends on market fluctuations;

  • delivery of newspapers, periodicals or magazines with the exception of subscription agreements.

The right of withdrawal lapses prematurely in the event of agreements regarding:

  • delivery of sealed goods which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery;

  • delivery of goods which, after delivery, have become inextricably mixed with other goods;

  • delivery of sealed audio or video recordings or computer software where the seal is broken after delivery.
