Shipping Policy

What is the delivery time?
The delivery time consists of two phases:

Processing time
Within 1–3 business days after the order is placed, it will be checked, approved, and packed. The package will then be prepared for shipment.

Delivery time
Denmark: 5–10 business days
The shipment is handled by Bring.
All delivery times exclude any customs delays. During busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday and New Year's, delivery times may be longer.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer free premium shipping. This includes insurance in case of theft, loss or damage to the package.

Where is my package?
Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive an email with a tracking number.
The order can be tracked via the tracking page on our website. Click on “track your order” in the main menu.
For logistical reasons, the order may be sent in several partial deliveries.

My tracking number is not working.
It may take up to 5 business days for tracking information to update.
If no information is still displayed after a few days, please contact customer service.
