Information on the Right of Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the date:

• on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), has received the goods, provided that you ordered one or more goods in a single order and they are delivered together;

• on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), has received the last item, provided that you ordered multiple goods in a single order and they are delivered separately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. This can be done by email at: SUPPORT@fashdup.com.
You may (but are not required to) use the attached withdrawal form.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer). Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We will use the same payment method for the reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Under no circumstances will you be charged fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have:

• received the goods back, or

• received proof that you have returned the goods,

whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 30-day period has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusions and Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:

• the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and are made based on the consumer’s individual choice or specifications;

• goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;

• alcoholic beverages where the price was agreed at the time of contract conclusion but delivery can only take place after 30 days and whose value depends on market fluctuations;

• the supply of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts concerning:

• the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been broken after delivery;

• goods that have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery;

• sealed audio or video recordings or computer software where the seal has been broken after delivery.
