Shipping Policy

What is the delivery time?

The delivery time consists of two phases:

Processing Time

Within 1–3 business days after the order is placed, it is checked, approved, and packed. The package is then prepared for shipment.

Delivery Time

Denmark: 5–10 business days
Shipping is handled by Bring.
All delivery times exclude possible customs delays. During busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and New Year, delivery times may be longer.

What are the shipping costs?

We offer free premium shipping. This includes insurance in case of theft, loss, or damage to the package.

Where is my package?

Once the order has been shipped, the customer receives an email with a tracking number.
The order can be tracked via the tracking page on our website. Click “Track your order” in the main menu.

For logistical reasons, orders may be shipped in multiple partial deliveries.

My tracking number is not working

It may take up to 5 business days for the tracking information to be updated.
If no information appears after several days, please contact customer service.
